Pre-press your garment for 5-8 seconds at 300 degrees

Press image for 12-15 seconds at 300 degrees

HOT PEEL (Peel immediately after lifting heat press, like a bandaid)

Second press with parchment paper for 8 seconds

**Once you start peeling, do not stop, if you stop, you must press the transfer again, as it is HOT peel**
