SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS:

LOCAL DELIVERY:

Local delivery is available for any customer that lives 10 miles from our store location (Elmhurst, Illinois, 60126). Local delivery will include a $4.95 charge. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email and be asked to confirm your location and desired delivery time.

SHIPPING FEES:

We offer shipping via United States Post Service (USPS), UPS, and FedEx. You will be quoted an expected shipping price prior to submitting your order. We will search all three companies for the cheapest and quickest shipping option to ensure you get your order as quickly and as cheap as possible. If the cost of your shipping is less than what you pay when you submit your order, you will be issued a refund with the difference. If your shipping cost is more than what you paid, you will not be required to pay additional fees, we will cover that cost.

SHIPPING TIMES:

You can check shipping times on each product page and at checkout. It is an estimate only. If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date of delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Please contact us directly prior to ordering and shipping outside the United States. We want to quote a shipping estimate prior to submitting your order. We do this to make sure you do not have a high shipping rate.

Boyfriend loved it

This was a birthday gift for my boyfriend he absolutely loves it

Snoopy Rolling Tray and Jar VERY VERY VERY Disappointed in Company

Unfortunately I can’t give a good review,. I placed my order received notice to deliver by end of day on July 12th. Well today is July 18th and wouldn’t ya know it’s never arrived.
Never received any tracking information. Got on this here computer box thing to send multiple messages via the electronic mail service requesting the tracking information and guess what? Never received it, nope nada not even a thank you we received your email. Sent not 1 not 2 but 3 emails in all requesting the tracking information. Still crickets, I emailed for a full refund, guess what again nothing but more crickets. So I’m out the funds and no birthday gift for a special someone. Now to try and find something similar in a shorter period of time I wish me luck. I made attempts to give JoCo the opportunity to make this right and they go dead silent which is very unprofessional. Can’t say I’d recommend them for anything. I’d recommend finding someone else to purchase from besides JoCo Custom Designs.

A reevaluation

Admittedly I had written a poor review out of frustration for a long delay of delivery. This was due to USPS and I regret it! This tray is absolutely beautiful can't wait to give it to it's intended person. Thanks Joco and thanks Jeremy S. for the support.
