How long until my order ships?

Everything is made to order. We print in-house and hand-pour our epoxy, so orders take 3–5 business days to make, then 2–5 days in transit. For custom items, the clock starts when you approve your proof.

Will I get tracking?

Yes. We email your tracking number the day your order ships.

Can I send my own design?

Absolutely. Upload it on the product page or email it to us. Phone photos are fine. A PNG with a transparent background prints sharpest. Please only send art you own or have permission to use.

Will I see my design before you make it?

Yes. We send a proof for every custom and personalized order, and nothing is made until you approve it.

What is UV DTF?

A full-color sticker that goes on hard, smooth surfaces like cups, tumblers, glass and laptops. No heat press needed: peel, press, rub and peel away the film.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes: 5% off 10+ items, 10% off 25+, 15% off 50+ and 20% off 100+.

How do I care for my rolling tray?

Wipe it clean with a damp cloth. Don't put it in the dishwasher, and don't leave it in a hot car.

Can I return something?

Ready-made items can be returned within 14 days of delivery; you pay return shipping. Custom and personalized items are final sale. If anything arrives damaged or wrong, we'll fix it at no cost. Wrong size on a ready-made item? We'll swap it, with no new order needed. See our full returns policy.

My order hasn't arrived. What do I do?

Email joco@jococustomdesigns.com with your order number. We usually reply the same day, and always within 1 business day.
