Unfortunately I can’t give a good review,. I placed my order received notice to deliver by end of day on July 12th. Well today is July 18th and wouldn’t ya know it’s never arrived.
Never received any tracking information. Got on this here computer box thing to send multiple messages via the electronic mail service requesting the tracking information and guess what? Never received it, nope nada not even a thank you we received your email. Sent not 1 not 2 but 3 emails in all requesting the tracking information. Still crickets, I emailed for a full refund, guess what again nothing but more crickets. So I’m out the funds and no birthday gift for a special someone. Now to try and find something similar in a shorter period of time I wish me luck. I made attempts to give JoCo the opportunity to make this right and they go dead silent which is very unprofessional. Can’t say I’d recommend them for anything. I’d recommend finding someone else to purchase from besides JoCo Custom Designs.
Admittedly I had written a poor review out of frustration for a long delay of delivery. This was due to USPS and I regret it! This tray is absolutely beautiful can't wait to give it to it's intended person. Thanks Joco and thanks Jeremy S. for the support.
First, I love my shirts! Great quality and so comfy! Second, shipping took a bit, but it wasn’t them, it was the carrier. It is the holidays, so I’m not upset at all. I’m glad the shirts are here so I can wear them! Definitely recommend this company!
